Candlestick Raggedy Angel Pincushion Doll

Wool wings, heart and thimble holder make this dollie precious. Her heart is a great pinkeep. Face may be hand painted or stitched. Base is a 6-inch painted and antiqued wooden candlestick.

Gentle Arts Take-Along Case

Case measures approx. 8 1/2" wide x 11" tall. Pinkeeps, scissor and thimble holder, pocket and personalization make this a wonderful gift project. Embroidery accents add that primitive touch. Gentle Arts Wool Tote

Wool pentagons create an unique sewing tote. Fabric lined. Tote measures approx. 10" wide x 7" tall. Patterns for the appliquéd wool scissor holder and pinkeep are also included. This is a perfect size to keep your current stitchery or punchneedle project handy and portable!

Strawberry Thyme

A fun pincushion using the crazy quilt technique of foundation piecing. This is so easy to do. Very forgiving! French knots or black seed beeds are the finishing touch. The actual pincushion measures 6-inches. The overall height of your pinkeep will depend on the base you choose. Wool is used for the leaves. The pillow measures 14 x 18-inches. I used a great textured wool for my sample. The pattern includes detailed instructions, full size pattern pieces and supply list, as well as a full color photograph.

Folk Art Bird
Pincushion or Ornament

A great addition to your primitive collection of pincushions. The Folk Art bird is approximately 6 1/2-inches wide. The center gusset allows the bird to sit nicely by your sewing machine. Pattern packet includes: actual photograph, full size pattern pieces, detailed instructions in the assembly and BONUS lil' stitchery patterns. You will not be able to stop at making just one! Wonderful to use up scraps.

 
Primitive Make-Do Pinkeep

A wonderful pinkeep to showcase your fabric Civil War fabric scraps or heirloom fabric. The actual pincushion measures approx. 5-inches. The base choice is up to you. I used a wooden candlestick and aged it with paint and antiquing. The pattern includes complete directions in making the thimble keeper and scissor holder. Embroidery stitches accent the seams. Gather up your vintage sewing notions and make each one different!
